At Physio Posture Fitness Clinic we offer small group exercises sessions designed to work through your own personalised exercise program. Sessions are run in our gyms which are equipped with a combination of physio and Pilates equipment and supervised by one of our experienced Physiotherapists.

PGS Pilates Class
If you would prefer to work in a smaller group our PGS/Pilates Class taught by our Pilates Instructor Mirka may suit you.
Personalised attention with 3-4 in each class.
- You do not need a specific program: Mirka will guide and progress your session appropriate to your level of Fitness.
- Ideal if you would like to progress from PGS to a Pilates Class – but you are not quite confident yet.
This class still requires a Physio Screening to ensure you can claim off your Health Fund.
To create a program suitable just for you a Pre-screening is required. This allows the Physio to identify the key areas you are wanting to work on and what flexibility or strength work you require.
When the pre-screening is done in our Clinic Real Time Ultrasound may be used to assess your core strength.
Your progress is reviewed weekly and new exercises introduced when you are ready to ensure you continue to progress with your overall fitness, flexibility and strength.
