If you are a PPFC client, with a Pre-Screening and Sign-off from one of our Physios, you are welcome to book and use our Physio Exercise studio/s to do your own exercise session.

There are two Exercise spaces available:

  1. THE BLUE GYM: when you book let us know if you require the high or low reformer or prefer to use both in your session. You also have access to the adjoining 1:1 Room where there is a Trap Table and bike.
  2. PILATES 1:1 ROOM: we have created a private 1:1 Room where you can exercise totally by yourself. This room has a low reformer, as well as a bike and treadmill if you are wanting to add in some gentle cardio to your session.

Both exercise spaces have additional equipment including weights, dura disc, beam, and roller. It is best to set up all the Equipment you require prior to commencing your Session.

At all times when you are doing your IPS, there will be a Physio in the clinic. This allows you to ask any specific questions about the equipment, your exercises, or your programme. However the goal of an IPS is for us to set up a programme for you so that you have the confidence to complete this by yourself. We recommend you review with a Physio each 6 weeks, to ensure your keep progressing your exercises and programme.

Vaccination Details: All Physios, Personal Trainers and Pilates Instructors at PPFC are Fully Vaccinated: as of August 1st, 2021.

Vaccination Guidelines for IPS: If you are double vaccinated you are most welcome to book our Blue Gym.

If you are single- vaccinated, or have not received your vaccination as yet, we recommend you book a 1:1 Personal Training Session with one of our Physios. This ensures we are all adhering to the current NSW Health Guidelines.

What Does A Sign-Off Mean?

To use our Physio Pilates Studio or 1:1 Space you will need a Physio Pre-Screening Session. We recommend you Book a 30′ Standard Consultation, or a 45′ Extended if you currently have pain. In this Session we will assess your flexibility, core stability, and strength and also review your baseline cardio fitness. Once the Physio confirms you understand your program and can use all our equipment safely – you will then be able to book in at a time that works for you.

What Is The Cost?

  • $25: a Casual Session
  • $120: for a Pass of 6 Sessions
  • $240: a Pass of 12 Sessions

Our Passes allow you to exercise once or twice per week – or even more often if you choose.

When Can I Book An IPS?

  • Monday & Tuesday 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Wednesday: 11.15am – 5.30pm
  • Thursday: 12noon – 4.30pm
  • Friday: 9.15am – 1pm

It is best to book the same time each week to ensure it is available for you.

While PGS Sessions are being run the Exercise Space is not available.

What Length Of Time Should I Book For?

We recommend you book a one-hour session. Some days you may want to shorten this workout – and this is totally fine.

Can I Claim Through My Health Fund?

Independent use of our rehab space doing your own program is not claimable. Your Physio Pre-Screening, Physio 1:1 Personal Training Sessions, and our Physio Rehab Group Sessions (PGS), are claimable off your Health FundPGS is supervised by a Physio for the full hour.

I Am Not Currently A PPFC Client Can I Use Your Pilates Exercise Studio?

Absolutely! You just need to book a Pre-Screening with one of our Physios to set up a program for you and you will both sort which is the ideal exercise space for you to work in. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome!

Pre-Requisites Of IPS:

  • Temperature check on arrival
  • Use a mask at all times
  • and kindly please bring your own towel.
