
In this class, you’ll improve your overall strength and balance. You will be using a range of exercise equipment with the guidance and supervision of our Personal Trainer, Mirka, in a small group environment.
Even after your first class, you will notice you have more energy at the end of each day. You will also notice your strength improving as you progress your exercises to the next level each week.

Classes are 45 mins. This allows you time at the completion of your class to do some gentle stretches and to also clarify with the Teacher if you have any questions regarding technique and using all the balance and weights equipment. We highly recommend you enrol with a 6week package to gain the maximum benefits from these Sessions. If you are unable to attend one week at the specific time of the class, we suggest you do a 30 mins 1:1 with our Personal Trainer so that you continue to progress, and not lose the benefits you have gained.
