Do you wake up with a headache in the morning?

Do you grind or clench your teeth at night?

Do you have an ear ache or click in the jaw (TMJ) that just won’t go away?

These are all common conditions that we see daily.

Most TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) pain is due to tight muscles in the neck and jaw. You may be feeling this as jaw stiffness and clicking. It can also be causing headaches.

Physio can easily treat these specific TMJ related problems. This usually includes gentle massage,  jaw exercises and you will learn ways to relax your jaw muscles throughout the day.

All our Physiotherapists treat TMJ problems. Francine also runs Courses for Physiotherapists from around Australia in the treatment of TMJ, physiocoachingacademy.com, at our Clinic.
