Why Physio Posture Fitness Clinic?

Francine St George founded PPFC in 1999. Over the past 20+ years we have been looking after the health, fitness and well-being of the local community.

Our team of Physio’s have over 85 years of experience combined and we treat a broad ranges of ages, backgrounds and levels of fitness.

At PPFC we also offer small group exercise sessions taught by Physiotherapists and Pilates classes.

No matter your age, level of fitness or current ache or pain we look forward to finding a solution for you!

We can not only provide you with daily posture tips, but you also have the opportunity to be assessed using advanced 3D Technology. This system provides you with instant visual feedback and allows us to determine what are the most important things you need to be doing to improve your posture in the long term.

  • Wanting to improve your overall flexibility and strength?

At PPFC no matter your age or level of fitness, we have a class or physio supervised group session suitable for you.
We require a screening with one of our Physio’s to ensure a program is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
