Pre-pointe Assessments

This is a strongly recommended assessment for all dancers going en pointe for the first time or considering going en pointe again, after a break. The assessment will look at your flexibility, strength, ballet technique, balance and control. An assessment report will be sent following the appointment with clear goals and guidelines for you to go on pointe. This assessment is essential if you would like to become the best dancer you potentially can be.

Dancer Health Assessment & Evaluation

This complete health check is essential for all dancers who are planning to start full-time dance training, are changing dance training load or starting a dance contract. You will be provided with details about your strength, technique and areas to improve, for a smooth transition into the next chapter of your dancing.
